Genova Technologies' Quality Policy is disseminated and promoted internally in the form of information, communication, education and training. Implementation of the quality policy is a specific and high priority agenda item in all team and management meetings.

The complete quality assurance cycle occurs as follows:
- Requirements Gathering: a complete scope of the purpose and function of the solution is defined
- Design Phase: the structure of the solution is designed and a development schedule is set
- Development: the solution is coded and reviewed
- Testing: internal and external test procedures are executed
- Configuration Management: procedures put in place to ensure the development environment is controlled
- Delivery: the solution is encapsulated for installation
- Installation: the solution is transferred to the client following coordination of affecting factors
- Training: administrators and users are familiarized with the solution
- Post Project: internal and external reviews of the project are completed
- Maintenance: a methodology of doing warranty work, adding functionality or updating the solution is put into place
