Genova maintains a Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based software development facility, that is home to most of our engineers and development efforts. Genova also delivers on-site engineering support across the United States, and is currently supporting clients on-site in the states of Washington, North Carolina, Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Genova’s degree requirements are dependent upon project and client requirements. Most projects require a four year degree for software engineering positions, and a two year degree for PV&V and testing positions.
Genova has Scrum Alliance Certified Product Owners and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Masters on staff. Genova has delivered Agile Software Development for over four years for commercial and Department of Defense customers.
Genova delivers software engineering and support for commercial clients which have included the agriculture, avionics, education, health IT, and transportation industries.
Within the past three years, Genova has directly supported programs within the following Government agencies: U.S. Navy, U.S. Strategic Command, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Genova has also supported commercial products that were delivered to U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy end customers.
