CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Cedar Rapids-based Genova Technologies Inc. announced October 8th that it has sold the assets of its health care division in Baltimore to Booz Allen Hamilton.
Genova’s health care division provides IT solutions and strategies for CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services). CMS has been a customer of Genova’s health care division for more than nine years providing health-related technical expertise and a culture of innovation and commitment. All of the Genova health care IT personnel will transition to Booz Allen Hamilton effective immediately.
Genova will continue to operate its defense and commercial business based in Cedar Rapids.
