Ryan leads Genova Technologies as its President and CEO, focusing on high-stakes infrastructure and strategic AI deployment. He began his career in the U.S. Navy, working on F/A-18 avionics and specializing in flight-critical hardware reliability. Following his time in the Navy, Ryan spearheaded AI prototyping and data infrastructure modernization for the DoD, the Intelligence Community, and state and local governments. After years of partnership with Genova, he became CEO to align the company’s engineering legacy with the demands of modern intelligent systems. Ryan excels at leveraging emerging technology to address complex infrastructure challenges for organizations that require uncompromising system integrity. 

Ryan holds a degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Washington-Seattle. He resides in Tampa with his wife and son.

Ben acts as Genova’s COO, overseeing the operational execution and delivery of intelligent systems both internally and with our customers. With over 20 years at the company, he has managed the engineering life cycle for high-consequence projects in aerospace, defense, and heavy machinery. Ben leads multi-disciplinary teams operating under strict regulatory and safety-critical requirements. He has directed the delivery of pioneering autonomous machine software from concept through full-scale production. His extensive operational experience ensures Genova’s technical innovation is consistently supported by precise project management and rigorous standards for long-term contract success.

Mark serves as Genova’s Chief Architect, specializing in the development of safety-critical intelligent systems. With over 20 years at the firm, he has designed software backbones for flight control systems, mission-essential communications, and autonomous logic for global industrial leaders. Mark develops complex automation that meets the industry’s most rigorous verification and coding standards. He implements sophisticated logic in resource-constrained environments to ensure resilience under extreme hardware and environmental conditions. By building on proven foundations, Mark delivers the architectural integrity that enables Genova’s clients to deploy advanced automation with confidence.
