Life is not a picnic, but a day at the Genova Technologies office is. We have always had a fantastic work environment, with a breakroom stocked with homemade goodies (by the owner), ice cream, and the engineering staff’s favorite, Diet Mt. Dew. Genova has stepped up their “goodie game” by initiating Chillin’ and Grillin’. The patio just outside of our newly renovated breakroom now has a gas grill available for any employee to use for grilling their favorite lunch time meals. Our guess is employees will be out there grilling even when there’s a half foot of snow on the ground. This is just another way Genova creates a work environment centered around employee appreciation!
