During my two years as an intern at Genova Technologies, I was able to expand my horizons as a software engineer in the field of mobile development for healthcare technologies. I found the work to be not only interesting, but meaningful. Although challenging, the internship provided me with many learning experiences, guided by knowledgeable and friendly mentors. I was able to continue working as an intern throughout the school year from home, and was eager to begin my career at Genova Technologies once I graduated. I would recommend Genova to those with an interest in embedded or mobile software development, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be a cohesive team member.

Genova’s internship program allowed me to apply business and accounting practices I was learning about in college in a real work environment. The Accounting department made me feel like part of the team from the very beginning and gave me tasks that were difficult enough for me to learn from but still simple enough for me to work on them without needing constant supervision. My internship also proved to be a great networking opportunity as it gave me the inside track when applying to a position at Genova after I graduated. Genova’s internship program absolutely kickstarted my career!
