Camaraderie with the military

4.What’s your favorite thing about Genova or for the program?
I really like the way things are managed at Genova; having worked for large companies, you get a feeling of being seen as a human, not just a number here.

5.Tell us something unusual about yourself.
Love playing World of Warcraft.

1.How long have you been with Genova; what brought you to Genova?
I have been employed with Genova for 10 months and became a member of Genova’s Team when Genova picked up the sub-contract to BAE for ASM Support.

2.What are you doing for Genova?
I am a Technical Writer in support of the Navy/Marine Corps Advanced Skills Management System in place to upkeep ever changing training requirements for the USN/USMC Aviation Maintenance personnel.

3.What’s your favorite part about your job?
Working with Sailors and Marines.

4.What’s your favorite thing about Genova or for the program?
The people.

5.Tell us something unusual about yourself.
Although, probably not unusual, I enjoy building model aircraft, playing the guitar, drawing, hunting, fishing, boating and drinking beer.

1.How long have you been with Genova; what brought you to Genova?
I came to Genova as part of the AMTCS contract support PMA-205 with Keyport management. BAE is the Prime with Genova as a sub. I moved over in 2017.

2.What are you doing for Genova?
I work end to end on ASM software during data development and management to support fleet training requirement for both Navy and USMC.

3.What’s your favorite part about your job?
I enjoy problem solving. Working with the NAVAIR/KEYPORT/CONNAVAIRFOR team to find the best answer can be fun yet challenging.

4.What’s your favorite thing about Genova or for the program?
Small company, Family like.

5.Tell us something unusual about yourself.
Nothing unusual to tell. I am just a nobody, trying to tell everybody about somebody who can fix anybody!
