With the weather warming up, and the sun coming out, it’s time to fire up the grill. Located on our back patio, the grill is available for any and all Genova employees to use, and it’s one of our most popular fringe benefits. Last week, several employees got together and grilled personal pizzas. Yesterday, we all got together to celebrate National Burger Day. Genova supplied the burgers and buns, and employees pitched in by bringing favorite toppings or side dishes. Being an inclusive work environment, we grilled veggie burgers, so that our employees who refrain from eating meat could feel welcome to join us.
