August is usually the month were Genova hosts a picnic for employees and their families.  Due to the ongoing COVID outbreak though, we collectively decided to forego this year’s picnic and have a scaled-back grill out at the office.  This allowed the company to show its appreciation for our employees’ hard work, while still observing social distancing.

August is also back-to-school time, and we recognize this year may be particularly challenging for some parents.  Genova employees banded together and purchased back-to-school supplies and donated them to an area charity for distribution to families in need.  As a software engineering company, we recognize the importance of a good education and do what we can to help our community make that happen.
