On Thursday, October 1, Genova held its first all-employee meeting since the COVID outbreak. These employee meetings are typically held 3-4 times per year to keep everyone informed on the progress of the Company. In order to maintain social distancing guidelines, we made a couple of modifications to help ensure everyone’s safety. We had a few chairs spread out in the breakroom, and employees were also invited to attend the meeting virtually from their desk. As is the custom, lunch was served to our on-site folks. People were happy to hear the feedback on our company’s health and vision for the future, and as always, the lunch was a hit.
