Genova held its 2021 kick-off meeting on Friday, January 29, where management discussed the results of 2020, and shared plans for 2021.  These initiatives include a vision to expand the company’s client base, as well as focusing on employee growth.  We also discussed the results of the 2020 employee survey, touching on areas where the we do well, and talking about plans to implement suggestions for improvement.

A longstanding part of our company culture is providing lunch after these meetings, and this time was no exception.  But with COVID still a factor, the company purchased boxed lunches, in order to facilitate social distancing. 

Like many companies worldwide, we are happy to close the books on 2020 and look forward to an exciting 2021.
