Scott Stimart, President and General Manager of Genova Technologies, joined area business leaders in signing the Iowa Compact on Immigration, a set of principles designed to bring about smart immigration reform. According to Stimart, there are more jobs in our industry than graduates from our State Universities. Even if all of our graduates stayed in Iowa, we’d still be looking for people. Immigration reform is one way to address the shortage of workers.
