On Friday, March 1, Genova observed National Employee Appreciation Day by making breakfast for the staff. Breakfast included 6 dozen eggs, 144 pieces of bacon, 48 sausage patties, a bunch of pancakes, various rolls (6 dozen) and 4 quarts of orange juice. Gathering around the table for a meal was a great day to start the day… or finish the week, depending on your perspective. At the end of the day, everything was consumed except for two pancakes and a serving of eggs!
